We are please to tell you that the IRS has determined we are exempt from federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501(c)(3).  Donors can now deduct contributions they make to our organization under IRC Section 170.  We're also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522.  
We are classified as a public charity under the IRC Section 170)b) (1) (A) (vi).  The effective date of exemption is April 5, 2019.
